What Sets Us Apart
ISEAD's mission is to improve the socio-economic well-being of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people of Canada through successful inclusion in the skilled trades.
ISEAD does so through partnerships that increase access to education, training, and employment skills and workforce development opportunities across all sectors.

PROJECTS
At ISEAD, our projects are rooted in collaboration, cultural integrity, and community-led approaches. We work alongside diverse partners and communities to support initiatives that advance equity, foster local leadership, and create meaningful, lasting impact. Whether through research, capacity-building, education, or direct support, our work is guided by the values of respect, reciprocity, and responsibility.

ISEAD truly cares about improving socio-economic conditions for Indigenous peoples across Canada through meaningful employment opportunities in the skilled trades. Val has built the ISEAD team through her vision of leadership and commitment. The ISEAD team meets people where they are, symbolizing the meaning of reconciliation through actionable objectives.
